What they say
I saw the magical things Ray could do with the flash and lighting and I just knew I had to learn. So when Ray announced that he would be coming to Austin to share his knowledge I jumped at the chance and boy was I not disappointed! I was afraid of the flash and artificial log and I could not do anything with it before … Ray's clear, down to earth and friendly approach made it so easy to learn and while I am far from doing what Ray does, I can now use my flash without fear. In his class He did not just talk … He walked us through the technology and the steps, he demonstrated, made you try what he had explained and gave gentle and clear feedback after reviewing your work.
I was lucky enough to meet Ray Quezada last year at his photography workshop in Austin. I’ve taught and attended a lot of workshops in my time, but I’ve never met anyone more enjoyable to work with or to be around. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just beginning your adventure into photography, Ray creatively teaches to your level of understanding and competence. And, if that weren’t enough, I’ll have to admit that he’s one of the nicest, most creative artists I’ve met. He genuinely cares about people. He’s a master in his profession and there’s no other photographer I’d rather work with or learn from.
I attended one of Ray's classes about a year ago and ever since, my photography just keeps improving!! He is always more than willing to help me in every aspect of photography! Such an awesome guy and photographer!
Ray is an exceptional teacher, very patient, and knows his stuff. If you can ever get to one of his workshops, I HIGHLY recommend it. He teaches how to get it right in camera, and I love how little post production there is. Get to one of his workshops, GREAT stuff.
We'd love to hear from you
